Born and raised in Pasadena, Ca, Audy's journey into the world of horses came a little later in life.  While living in Sonoma County, she somehow convinced the owner of a goat dairy to hire her, without any experience!  It was there that a spark of interest into veterinary medicine originated.  After frolicking with the goats, she stumbled into the horse world, and promptly found her passion, when she began volunteering at a therapeutic riding center.  There she learned the basics of horse handling, horse and rider safety, and above all, the powerful impact horses can have on human beings, and us on them.  Since then, Audy has worked with our equid friends in different capacities, however the most engaging and gratifying has been in veterinary medicine as an equine veterinary technician.  She has worked for some amazing veterinarians over the years, and brings with her to every Equiscope session a wide knowledge base and a few tips and tricks she has learned along the way.
